    I used to workout alot back when I was in middle and high school but as college has been quite cumbersome, I quit working out regularly. I'm starting back by doing some stretches daily. Any unique stretches or tips for stretching to help me limber up to be able to hit the weights again would be really helpful!

    For everything and more to do with stretching my friend i reccomend the book stretching scientifically. Its a nice easy read and has not only all the stretches you could ever need but information on the different types of flexibility etc( there is more than you might think) also has specific warming and cooling down stretches for specific activities like weight lifting for yourself
