Strong Itching/Tingling Sensations (Day 105)

Hey guys. I'm on day 105 now, pretty far along in the quest...

Lately I've had occasional tingling sensations and once in awhile some slight itching. As of today, both are nearly constant, and more severe. I'm trying to treat it like a healing wound or something (since in some ways it can be thought of that way or maybe is) and not scratch it or otherwise disturb it.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? Anyone know what this might mean?

Oh hey guys, thanks for the replies. Sorry for the delay, I kinda got off the internet and into a different zone for quite some time.

The tingling/itching was mostly at the base of my penis and also right at the bottom of the head. Kind of a slight tightening sensation sometimes too. That's when I posted this thread originally...

Now rather than the itching, I'm experiencing an interesting sensation of fullness down there. Not in the penis but rather in the pelvic area and the testicles.

I don't think it's a urologic condition or infection or anything bad. I generally trust my health instincts, and even when this is kind of weird, it seems like it's something good happening. When it itches though I've been wondering if it's the sort of itch I should not scratch (like how one near a scab signifies healing). I guess I was hoping for someone to say this means you're soon to be restored to having superhuman erections and lightning fast, stress free sexual response haha.
