Stronger than I thought.

Hello all my name is scarr and I'm 27 yrs old.

Today is my third day participating in NoFap and I must say this forum has helped me a lot. Just reading you guys stories and experiences are so helpful.

I must confess that the level of stress today has almost caused me to PMO but I thought about what I was about to do and the progress I've had so far and I was able to let the urge pass.

I deal with stress and anxiety like a lot of people, but porn has always been my way to release those feelings. I know there are other ways... Healthier ways to deal but it's a challenge.

Anyways I'm keeping strong and will continue to fight this addiction.
