    Hi,i am strongmode,i am a 24 yo muslim male from Egypt,i have been addicted to porn since i was around 14 yo and since then i had no free life.....,i signed up to NoFap as one of my many many attempts to finally stop this horrible addiction,since my addiction i never felt free i have always felt deceiving to my beloved ones,to allah and to my self.
    and lately i had a panic attack after orgasming while watching because i thought i am gonna die while doing this sin (which is a great sin in islam),fortunately i am still alive....but with very low self esteem.
    i tried various times to stop,my longest stopping days where 52 days and then i returned badly with no to little control,i hope this will be the last time i try and it will be a successful one.....
