Struggling at the last hurdle

    4 days left of NNN, and I'm really starting to struggle. It sounds stupid because it is. I've managed to go 28 days without pmo now, and right at the end of the journey I feel like time has slowed right down. Those 4 days seem like an eternity. I've been trying to keep myself busy with my project but my brain just can't focus. Any advice?

    What will you get out of PMO if you go back? ask yourself ;)

    Congrats on almost hitting the 1 month mark, well done. Usually after a month things start to get easier, so just hang in there :D

    Thanks. Hopefully it will get easier soon. I’m starting to get sick, I don’t know if nofap is playing a part in that, but I feel less motivated to carry on because of it
