Struggling to make streaks....

Hi All,
My age is 17.I am new to NoFap community.From last 2 years I was badly addicted to pmo.I was trying to quite everything but the environment was not that well.I used to stay home alone for whole day and due to lack of parental control the addiction flourished.I did'nt take fapping seriously.But after one and half year of constant fapping the effects were visible and still are... Example...

1. Dull face,uneven skin
2. Lack of energy
3. Anxiety while talking with people.
4. Feeling of shame while talking with elders..
5. Constant Brain fogg
6. Lack of focus and motivation
7. No attention from others..Etc

My best streak is of 15 days(include edging).My problem is when I used to do cold turkey NoFap for few days i feel like i achieved soo much and in over confidence i watch porn..And relapse.I day- dream about success and fail..

1. But now I will avoid the triggers..

But this time, I am going to achieve 30 days mark.No matter whatever the condition is I won't give any excuse to myself and try my best.I shall give 100%.
This time I shall surely win...I shall break the cycle...
