Asking for advice when the flatline gets really bad. I'm starting to struggle here, feel like crap and I can't afford to relapse. I'm finally starting to go to therapy for OCD and I don't want to throw it all a way. Can't sleep feel like shit and I looked up a P related thing on YouTube. Lucky there's no flat out P on YouTube but this is how it starts. I backed out of it before I watched anything and came here to get my mind off stuff. Its my 2nd longest streak and when the days are good man are they good.
