    Hi brother,
    Have you tried these:
Having a purpose in life, Making a schedule to follow it, Keeping yourself busy, Not overthinking about porn, Whenever you feel urges think about you purpose and then ask yourself will masturbation help you with your purpose, how would you feel after 4 sec of pleasure,

If you have done all these?

    Hello there,

I would like to share an e-book, which you may find useful. It should contain most of the information that you need to know in order to reboot successfully:

Here are the things that helped me to quit,

    1. I made a firm decision to quit
    2. I joined this forum
    3. I wrote out on a piece of paper what I want in my life and exactly how I want to live. I read these statements daily.
    4. I come on this forum often (about 2 times a day) and I read and post to others
    5. I joined one of the groups in the "accountability partners" section.
6 I joined in one of the challenges under the "Events and Challenges" section.
7 I have specific members who inspire me that I follow their journals on a daily basis
8 I started my own journal.

Outside of these things, I have realized it takes time. You have to learn yourself. You have to learn the triggers.

If you say dopamine is your 'main cause' for relapsing, try to find different ways of releasing dopamine. What really helps for me is going to the gym. Doing sports also releases dopamine. Furthermore, it helps me stay away from my phone/computer, and I get more fit. Stopping PMO is one, but for me it's also a change of lifestyle - if you don't find purpose in other things, stopping with PMO'ing will be extremely hard. Keep reminding yourself why you wanted change, and stick to that.
