Struggling with premature ejaculation on nofap help

I've posted a few times here which has helped, but I'm at a loss for this topic.
I'm on a streak of about 160 days of nofap, still have not seen any benefits but my main issue is premature ejaculation.

Every time my girlfriend even touches me once when I'm hard I feel like exploding. I physically can not enter for more than 30 seconds without busting. It's happened a few times where just once touch and I am already edging.

I was quite sensitive anyway before I started nofap, but I could at least go for 3 to 5 minutes without any problems. Well not anymore! I just can't enjoy it, there's always a lot of foreplay involved and I always get her to climax before sex, but I just can't control myself as I'm more likely over sensitive now and it's really getting me down.
I also find it really difficult to tap into my breathing to control it when having sex.

has anybody else experienced premature ejaculation on nofap? how did you get over it? or is it just a matter of time and patience? advice would be appreciated.
