Sttopped in the middle. Reset counter?

    I started PM-ing, because I saw a trigger and the primitive side of me took control. However after doing it for a minute or two, I realized and stopped immediately. I then banned all NSFW content from showing on my Reddit feed or searches.

    Should I count this as an L for today in your opinion?

    My biggest streak is a little over 2 months and I know I can do it again, but the first week of trying's been killing me. Once I get past that, I know my body will begin to heal.

    In terms of nofap is edging,is a reset , but you didn't relapse , is a good sign that.
    Be careful with relapse, it gets you hooked and you need strategies like hell to get out again.
    Reset= If you did PM one time.
    Relapse=If you did PM more of one time.

    You should reset your counter as soon as you start seeking out any pornographic content on your own.

    Your counter says "No PMO". That's not an "AND" critera. It's an "OR" criteria.
    If you orgasm OR masturbate OR watch porn you should reset it. You even did two of these things.

    Of course at the end of the day, nobody in this world gives a fuck about your counter other than yourself. But since you asked, I gave you the inconvenient truth.
    I myself reset my counter after a long ass time because I just watched a camgirl for 2 minutes. Didn't even touch myself, but I could already feel the dopamine flooding my brain and strengthening my addicted pathways. So reset it is.
