Hi, My last few streaks were pretty good (relapsed maybe once a month) but my last 3 relapses happened in one month alone. I'm afraid I might fall into a relapse cycle where I'd be just constantly relapsing after a week or so... any tips on how to get back on my steady progress? Thanks.
Gotta analyze why that happened and prepare yourself mentally in the future. Don't be afraid - be ready. My greatest tip is going on a walk. It's easy, weather independent (with umbrella) and once you are out (no matter how tired you were) you can walk just fine.
