Subliminal Messages for NoFap Have Helped

    On Youtube, there are several channels offering subliminal videos for various issues. Some channels offer stupid videos, like developing telekinetic powers. These channels just want to make money. However, other channels are genuinely helpful.

    For nofap, I have been listening to "Release Porn Addiction" offered by Subliminal Shinobi. I suggest downloading it via savefrom dot net in case the video is eventually removed from Youtube. Other channels I like are Vortex Success and Rockstar Affirmations. Avoid listening to videos that do not include the affirmations in the description.

    When listening to a subliminal, it is best to have a relaxed mind, although I sometimes listen even while watching tv (because it can't hurt). The volume should be low to medium. Be conscious of your intention. I listen to "Release Porn Addiction" in the morning and evening, and whenever I am home and feel a strong desire to masturbate.

    Huh, this is interesting. Does it combine it with a slight feminist/LGBT touch perchance, as in, respecting and allowing ones own emotions as a man and all the sides we can have as well, and respecting women and not objectifying them and stuff?

    Asking since I have the tubes blocked.

    No feminist slant. The only affirmations that are relevant to your question are "I respect men" and "I respect women".
