    Hey guys i've got a journal on nofap here, i didn't start so well but I'm 16 days into a new success story and things are just going amazing for me, success after success and the super powers are coming, i do mention in my journal that i am also working on increasing my testosterone as well, but i think this will help people as they follow my journey as i have a lot of good advice and inspiration.
