Success treating delayed ejaculation

    I stopped M and P completely 6 weeks ago. Up until then it would take forever for me to cum inside my wife (20-30 minutes). Of course I could get off fapping. Today, we finally had a session that wasn't a marathon. I lasted about 5-10 minutes only!

    FYI, I would M only once or twice a month and PMO maybe once every 2-3 months. I'm not going back.

    Well done and congratulations man. I'm glad to hear your progress. Sadly it won't be so easy for me as I'm younger and had no real experiences. I was PMO-ing for a long time before I had my sexual experiences so my PIED will take much longer to heal. But nonetheless I hope to have success like you sometime :)

    I too have struggled with this problem,hopefully with continued dedication my delayed ejaculation problem will be cured.

    I've now gone 4 months with no PMO or MO. I've only had one DE experience in that time. It used to be every time I had sex it would take 30 minutes to O.
