Sucessful 37 days but scared

hi all stumbled upon while browsing for P and quit P and went into PMO from the 1st of 2018. I am married but our S life is bad. Have been PMOing for last 25 years. Last time tried with SO was not able to so got scared and was browsing on ED and found out about PIED and nofap and now on no PMO last 37 days.Now i am scared 1.i have no major urge or morning wood. But occasionally get erections when reading nofap. Is it dangerous 2. I think of my SO and get a hard on is it good or bad and ocassionally edge . Pl help
