Suffering from ED while on NOFAP! Please help share your NoFap Experience!

    Hi,
    I'm 23 male, used to do PMO once in two days! Tried NoFap several times before but I relapsed. This time I wanted to be on hardmode and heal myself and improve myself. So on 2nd Oct 2020 I started my NoFap (Hardmode) with Jelqing exercises. My libido, morning woods, urges was normal. While I used to do Jelqing exercise I had great erections, tighter than before. Gradually my penis was getting sensitive especially my glans. Once I was trying to jelq and my penis did not get hard that much later it got so sensitive that I came instantly. After this instance I'm not getting any boners and nor morning woods, no urges and bad libido! I don't understand why this is happening. I have read about Flatline, But I'm very much worried about this because today I had wet dream without an erection which has never happened with me! Moreover once I came in between where I was in hypnagogic state and was humping and my penis was so sensitive that I came in seconds without even getting hard. Please help me and tell If someone has faced such problems or is it me? and should I consult a doc?

    I'm in same situation.
    It's sad to say that, but I'm starting to get used to it.
    I noticed that masturbation did not bring me the same satisfaction, I am not talking about the size of the penis because it has decreased considerably. I've been struggling with this thing for a year and I don't feel the desire for masturbation or sex at all.

    Are you still on NoFap? You have lost all the libido?
    Consulted any doctor? Are you getting erection when you are with a girl?
    The whole intent of doing NoFap is get laid with a girl rather than satisfying yourself. So are you able to achieve erection when you are getting laid? Or is it a problem there as well?
    Please share your experience how did it start? I'm very much concerned and I want my libido back man! I used to get hard anytime back then but after this NoFap things got worse I don't know why!

    I found out this comunity after I noticed that can't to have strong erection with a girl, last year exactly in this time. I was depressed several moths. I started nofap hardmode of 15 days because I don't understood fact the porn induced ed, not masturbation. After I found out this comunity I continued to watch porn but I stopped to masturbate. I thought that ejaculation is big problem not porn. Of many times I used to edge masturbate, which is very dangerous.

    I thought I could combine the useful with the pleasant.

    So basically, You Edged while watching porn without ejaculating? Well that's totally different from NoFap Rules!
    Well in my case I have stopped watching porn or anything. I do jelqing exercise which is kind off edging but not on porn or anything. Moreover in later times my penis was so sensitive that I had ejaculated just by touching it! Once I ejaculated when I was flaccid because it's too sensitive. I'm suffering from PE. Are you as well @blunt.ever ?

    I joined this site a few years ago because for years I wasn't able to get hard when I was with women. It sucked and I tried therapy and a lot of different doctors and nobody found anything wrong with me. The only thing that I figured could be the cause is that I was masturbating to porn every day since I was a kid. It's been a long process but I've slowly cut porn out of my life and have seen improvements. I actually had wet dreams when I first starting cutting out porn and not masturbating which I never experienced before. It takes a little while for changes to kick in but I think it has definitely been helping me. I would suggest cutting out porn entirely and being really strict about it. Try the 90 day challenge on this site. If you see no improvements after 90 days and lifestyle changes like exercising regularly and getting enough sleep, then I'd suggest other alternatives

    @thefishman I'm on strict No PMO right now, It's my 35th day today though in between this tenure I was doing jelqing exercise. I'm definitely doing strict NoFap for 90 days at least! I can see the changes, but yet I'm scared about the ED and Libido! I haven't watched porn till now after starting NoFap though I have came once while Jelqing because I was too sensitive down there will this count as Relapse? And has your ED improved after being on NoFap? How long is it that you haven't PMO'd?

    I don't know anything about jelqing, why are you doing it? I haven't heard how that can help. Are you doing it to try to make it less sensitive? I personally wouldn't count it as relapse but it depends on why you joined and what your goals are. I joined because I think my problem is PIED and I have low libido so staying off porn is my main goal to mentally heal myself. I've found that it's really challenging for me to stay off porn so I still MO while doing challenges. When I stay off porn and fantasize about real world scenarios when I MO I see improvements. I'm on day 52 now and I'm getting morning wood again, which stops for me when I'm on porn. I also have libido coming back. I'd say day 25-60 for me usually is low libido and ED is bad. It takes a lot of patience and faith to stay off porn and not MO too much. But if you give yourself time to heal your body should reset itself. I know how hard it is because I've been trying to do it for years and while I'm slowly improving it's a struggle

    Guys I'm on day 107 of hard mode of No PMO and I feel completely dead. No errections other than morning wood. Errections last only a few minutes by touching.
    I also have low Testosterone 440.
    I also have ED but it gets wose when I stop PMO. I'm getting married next week and feel like a mess. Just want to e*d my life.i cant maintain erection in standing and i have no sponatanous erection
    What I've observed is No PMO only saves energy it doesn't help if you have other issues like ED.

    @thefishman I was Jelqing for better erection and girth. And I have seen tremendous changes when I was doing it in NoFap but later I guess I hit with Flatline and low libido. I have not mastrubated and orgasmed purposely till now after NoFap and I have almost did not Porn for more than 40 days now. And I don't get any urge to watch porn or anything. I have seen intimate scenes in movies which did trigger a lil but I did not do anything. The problem I have from before is PE. Do you also have PE? I'm struggling with it for like years now. I don't know If NoFap itself can heal that but I'm doing it for betterment of me. i felt it is not something that I should be doing for life so I'd better abstain from it. So far so good! And It's good to hear that you are getting better with NoFap. Keep up with it.

    @KHERI Man, You are gonna be fine! Just imagine only doing sex with your wife rather than going in bathroom and MOing!
    It's a long process and you'll definitely going to be rockstar in bed. If you can't keep up make sure your incorporate other plays to your game! You are going great, keep at it! You'll start getting the libido and erections back!

    Thx for sharing, its comforting knowing other people are in the same boat. I have high testosterone which is why i think my problem is PIED and i havent been able to successfully complete the 90 day challenge after a few years so i still think my problem is mental. I completely get the depressed feeling, Ive been with a lot of women over the years and havent been able to fuck any of them. For like 5 years. Its been a long and lonely journey. Only this year I met a girl that was patient with me and as I became comfortable with her I improved. Im still not healed but it gave me hope when i thought it was impossible. Dont give up, you can get better. Keep trying everything you can. Glad your putting in the work and are seeing some improvements

    @thefishman The only problem I feel that I have is PE. My penis is getting overly sensitive. Like If I even touch when I'm fully turned on I may cum instantly. So I don't really no If NoFap will going to help me in that, But I want this thing to be healed rather than taking any medication and fucking. If you know anything regarding PE or how to overcome it, Please help!

    Sorry just saw this. I think it's up to you and your goals. I've been on this site for a while but I really only use the 90 day challenge so I still have a lot to learn. If you're trying to stop porn I would say it's fine but depends on how you're trying to improve
