Is it really bad to consume sugar?

I have consumed lots of sugar all my life. I have hypoglycemia and low blood pressure. Sugar gives me (unhealthy, I'd say) boosts of energy. Today I'm feeling nervous and jittery. And I cannot stop thinking about resetting.

Which energy-consuming activities or relaxing activities do you recommend doing? I've already made 60 squats and feel no better.

I'm really trying to calm down, but I am agitated.

Let me hear some tips for dealing with anxiety or lack of control.
