    hey anybody know of any good books or YouTube channels or anything that would benefit me with getting over this addiction and that would just be good for my all around well being

    There's a good short, cheap book called "Your Brain On Porn" by Wilson. Highly recommended.

    I will not recommended any single channel. I have seen that there are a lot of guys with awesome guidelines on their channels in this direction. Just search out whatever you want to know like nofap benefits, how to deal with urges nofap......
    You can go through this channel - KreativeVein on YouTube. This channel will be really helpful.
    And as far as the book is concerned , I think Gary Wilson's ''Your Brain on Porn" is the best option. I am reading the same and It's really helpful.
