    I'm not actually suicidal but this nofap shit makes me depressed and really down on my self.
    Any thoughts?

    Flatlining is the worst. It seems like it will never end and nothing is interesting. You do your best each day, and one day you wake up, and you are awake and excited. Hang in there.

    Actually it is a great opportunity. Get up, get out, and get social. Quit depressing over not feeling sexy and enjoy a stage of life without sexual demands. You can be the kid you were when you were 6 and you enjoyed friends, not because they were sexy, but to have fun. You have a new shot at innocent childhood. Enjoy it! Take advantage of it. Do something scary.
