Another great day, first week of June down. Had a great 11 mile run in the heat, more tanning. Get after it!
Another great day, 16 mile run in the heat and topped up my tan. Had some urges this morning and it was rough but didn't fall. Stay focused and keep your balls loaded!

I fell this morning. Edging started it. Reset. Renaming this challenge since I failed. Since it isn't technically the official start of Summer until the 21st, I'll rename it Summer Reboot.

Day 1 has officially begun. Got in an 8 mile run this afternoon.
So how does the challenge work now because I'm confused?

Op changed the name because he didn’t last the whole month of June ... he renamed it to summer because of that.
Okay, got in 18 miles this afternoon.
Got in an 8 mile recovery run yesterday. Urges coming in big time these last couple of days, I was in a little danger.
Let's see if a 12 mile run this morning will help.
Checking in. Got in a 12 mile run at the beach today. Nice warm day and topped up my tan.
Didn’t make it jackless, but happy to say I was successful in not watching porn.
Relapsed yesterday on day 68. But going 90+ this time. Don't underestimate the lack of accountability. If you really want to succeed, do daily check ins on your challenges or, better yet, get yourself an accountability partner. At least write in a journal every day.
Or even better do all three at the same time.
