Super foods for seed retention

    1- sunny side up eggs with cheese

    4- truffle mushroom with rice

    5- lentils with olive oil

    6- koshari (rice+lentils+macaroni+chickpeas+crispy fried onions+tomato sauce)

    7- dill with Boiled dough and ghee

    8- meat broth with cooked dough along side meat

    9- masoop (mashed bananas+whole wheat Bread crumbs+sour cream+honey+ghee+chadder cheese+cornflakes)

  3. But seriously, heavy foods these are. What is your goal for eating them? Stuff heavy in fat will surely help to keep your hormones high... which is kind of redundant if you are on nofap, don't you think? But I personally find that it's easier to retain when I ate lighter instead. Lighter foods = less urges and less frequent wet dreams, which is good if long term retention is your goal.

    not indian myself but Im telling you add ghee on a daily basis (its a type of butter essentially...) it boosts everything but hard to digest.

    Same time every dishes/combination of foods are
    something i've never tasted.

    I'm pretty sure these foods would conjure the "beast"/ox
    what you could be up on surface :D

    It speed up semen production because it countain high fats and high carbs which gives the body the energy requierd for creating sperm/semen

    Yes this type of diet works wonders for hormonal production and semen especially if some weight training is added to the mix.

    Vegans could substitute meats with vegetables that carry high protein contents

    I am not the type of guy who agree 100% with someone's opinion because i love having my own opinion... But why not... I indeed agree this time!
