  1. SuperBaowi Battle Strategy:
    Rules of Thumb:
    1. Identify feeling/thought.
    2. Match the feeling/thought to the four stages. (trigger\flashback\stress\rationalization)
    3. Choose to end the cycle.
    4. Keep checking in here daily
    5. Plan and prepare for days when you're alone.
    6. It's better to waste time on walking outside or do anything else than waste time on porn and useless sexual behaviour.
    7. If you sleeping late or feel awake, do breath exercise or meditate.
    8. Drink water
    9. Listen to relaxing music

    Alternate Thoughts:

    • I don't "have to" do anything. I want to do it. I have a choice.
    • When I stressed, change my physical position
    • Give myself reinforcement for each little win
    • Remember the four stages: Trigger, Flashbacks, Stress\Tension, Rationalisation
    • I hate to relapse and I never feel good after engagement
    • Call a friend, take a shower, turn off computer and smartphone no matter what I need to do, It's worth it.
    • In order to reach 90 days, I need to be in day 90 in my mind.
    • Wait just a little bit. I'll win. It'll pass.
    • Give up submissive behaviours, I'm a man, I'm dominant, I lead my life.
    • Do not feed the monster! It's a snowball. Don't let it roll!
    • I'm a proud sexual being and I have the right to meet my needs properly
    Affirmation:
    • My path is led by human dignity, authenticity and awe.​
    • I am a reflection of the environment and culture in which I live. Therefore, I design it to serve my needs, desires and beliefs. This is my responsibility.​
    • Time is limited. People sacrificed their lives for mine. That is why I live a worthy life for them.​
    • I have the abilities to overcome challenges and crises.​
    • I understand my role and purpose in the world and I have the resources and means to fulfill them.​
    • I maintain health and fitness so I can manifest myself in the best way.​
    • I express and share my views effectively and clearly and if necessary, courageously.​
    • I do not sexually arouse myself, I do not masturbate, I do not watch porn. I am stronger than all of these, I avoid PMO and convert my sexual energy in favor of more sublime goals.​
    • I am energetic, full of life, happy and attract joy to my life.​
    • This day is a gift. Today I am productive, grateful and as positive as possible, for the sake of my life.​
    Known vulnerabilities and prevention:
    • Home alone: Get out of the house!​
    • Home alone 2: Cold shower. Then try to come up with alternative activities.​
    • Try to be present while urge; what do you feel? And try to see what happens when you resist, you will discover the core of your addiction.​
    • Remeber, first relapse is infinite relapse.​
    Relapse Protocol:
    • It's OK. Your doing your best and willing to change.
    • Learn from the relapse and think positively about your progress.
    • Do not get down on yourself for failing.
    • Drink as much water as you can.
    • Cold shower.
    • Workout today!
