Supplements to help PIED

    Did any supplemens help you with PIED?

    I tried: CDP Choline, Tongat Ali, Rhodiola Rosea, zinc, magnesium and vitamin D, but didn't noticed any change. What about your experience with supplements?

    Zinc, magnesium and vitamin D helped me a little. Also, lately I have been using a lot of nutritional supplements and vitamins that contribute to the growth of my muscles. I work out in the gym and dream of being a bodybuilder on stage. I know it will be very difficult, but I really want to. On the site https://www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/ I buy vitamins and supplements to better restore my body and improve the quality of immunity.

    I think to really test this out you would need to keep your regular PMO practice and just add supplements to see if they help. But even then, PIED varies its not always the exact same experience. Even during nofap some days you can get hard and others you cant.

    Nofap cures PIED so when you are on nofap you dont really know if its supplement that helps or you are getting better simply because of nofap (and maybe did some good streaks before which could also help).
