Man I can relate. I've gotten to the place several times where I feel I'm on the brink of no return just before an O. So bad that if I shake it one too many times I feel pressure and get in edge. In fact if you go back and read one of my post I actually ejaculated while trying to hold in a number 2.

Change your environment to change your state of mind. Go for a run or a walk every time you get the urge to fap. Try the 10 minute rule, every time you feel like doing P M or O, accept that you want to do it, but you will take 10 minutes to analyze and then do it. Your urge will go in 1 minute. Remember, you control your life and not some urge inside your head. Stay strong and kick the habit in the butt!
