Surviving my first day

Good luck man. I went 64 days without PMO. The struggle is REAL. I'm back at it trying again it's barely my first day too, woke up feeling a little you know what but I'm going to resist.

You can do it too. Stay strong.

 

I've watched p for years and tried to quit m for a long time as well. It's a battle my dude. I'm willing to see what the good outcomes are. We can do this!

 

Good to see you curtis. Definitely agree with you. When I quit for 64 days, heck even 6 days in to it, I noticed a big difference in my life. Hopefully we can get there. Best of luck to you!

 

Good luck dude. The toughest war ever known to mankind is war within your self. One who wins his desires, gets the power to win the world. Be strong man.
You are on your first day. Stay strong, and enjoy your nofap journey. Once you cross like a week or more you will start to feel the change and sudden burst in motivation and WILL power which will become the fuel for your further journey. Those 1st 7 seven day are going to be the real test.
Always remember that the biggest super power of mankind is WILL power. Have a strong will to stay away from pmo and become the super hero.....
