Taking the nofap challenge

Hey guys, how are y'all doing ?, so right now i decided to accept the Nofap challenge, i did it once before and i went 1 month of nofap so after that i relapsed and kept doing it for a while, now i'm commited to the Nofap challenge and hope to go 1 month with no PMO and after that maybe 3 months, so this is the day 1 hope to come back here after 1 month and share with u guys how the experience was and maybe tell if i experienced some benefits of the rebboting from PMO. so guys wish me luck, bye.
