technique to block p only..

hi guys willing to quit p from your life here some tactics may help you bit. i was fapper where i was not able to sustain after 2 days of streak hence i made a plan to get out of this creepy thing off my life and had a great plan which is a free and easy way...
now a days we know mobile phones are the basic source of porn and you cant eliminate even when you are in 2g network, so please follow the steps that i have mentioned here for the better results..
the things that which are stated by me applicable to android phones i have idea about i phone buddies.
1 step you want to get on the 2g network from the 3g and 4g networks. you may think that inter nets are useful but ask yourself what is the amount spent on good and on bad. i don't think 2g network will block your p activity but slow downs a bit and you can also get on hold on the other social media activities too with no more constrains..
2 install the spin browser or any other browser which have the inbuilt filters..
3 step is to install the APPLOCK app into the android and please place the mentioned apps into it.
play-store, system settings, browsers (every browser except the spin browser) if you posses other apps like vidmate, tube-mate other browsing related apps please please place them in locker..
4 please give the permission for the applock to unable to install from on your own..
5 since my phone is oppo f1s it has the feature to optimize on its own hence i gave the permission in the battery settings that to not to freeze in the background..
6 so after you done all the locking its time to reset the pass-code but not by yourself, but by other friend.
7 please choose friend who you meet often. in case you need to get some apps for necessary works.
8. then after all this procedure. you will achieve the goal that you want.
9. you may think what about laptop. 2g network will kill your mood and get back on to track..
