    Hi everyone

So i watched two video on youtube : prince ea with can we auto correct humanity and gary turk with look up
(Be carefull if u watch it, clickbait are dangerous, make sure u strong enough)

And made me think nowadays i think we overuse technology ,mostly mobile phone and pc.

How that affect nofap? Modern porn are made in techology we used today, and consume on that technology as well

Will it help the journey?? Yeah of course,,

So i try to reduce using mobile phone and pc,,,like
-no instagram on saturday and sunday.
-instagram, youtube or chrome can be accesed only 1 hour (monday - friday) after work, except accesing nofap
    - no video games on morning and afternoon, only night with limited times
-when in a situation that many people communicate each other, or in a group of people, never touch the mobile phone,,even when i dont know what to say or the topics, just smile and listen

    And other

I dont see any surprising benefit yet, because i only begining try this for about 1-2 week
The benefit i feel now is : made me strong to resist the urge of fap when its comes

I will update it if i feel some benefit

    Thank you..stay strong

Should we reduce it? No. Technology is the future and it impacts millions of lives out there in a positive way. Especially for me. I absorb technology and do my best to keep up with it because I care a lot about it and its very useful in my daily life. So I say only reduce it or change your habits with technology if it negatively effects you.

its tough to understand , we people created this technology but at the same time , we are becoming slave for technology .

If it is negatively effecting you, then yes, limit your time on it. I have recently replaced my smartphone with a nokia that only has the ability to make calls and play snake. It is difficult when at work/college, as at break and lunch everyone just sits on their phones and i am left there like, ok wtf do i do now. But in terms of connecting to people, you will develop that more

I think everyone should cut out phones & pc temporarily. Not because it hurts us, everything hurts us when we overdose on it, but because most of us dont really need it half as much as we think we do. Cut out social media, games & all that other bullshit long enough & we naturally learn to survive without it. Problem is 99.99% of humans never get to that point, I wanna slap people whenever I hear "I'd die without my cellphone!" its so frustrating because they really, really believe that.

wow if its good on you then keep it up bro,

    that's today reality i think

i know you're feeling, every damn time at the public transport, at break and lunch they (include me) scrolling down their smartphone, read the news of wtf they dont need it,, its hard to start a conversation there but i always try to, if their didnt response, then i just sit there and look around hehe

yeah isnt that scary, i mean nowadays we can see people depressed because of their smartphone runing out batery or its left behind or no signal. thats the reality

We used technology to ruin ourselves via porn and now we are using technology to save ourselves via NoFap. Get the point
