    I currently abstain from porn and masturbation. At the moment, already 24 days. Can I have sex? Thank you.

    It depends why you are here and what your story is. If you do have problems with sexual function like Erectyle Dysfunction or premature ejaculation then it is good to rewire your brain to real partners. If you are here for other reasons like anxiety or more time and energy then you can always have sex with your partner.

    I do not see the purpose to not participate in intimate sex. My advise: do it and enjoy it.
