I was fighting this urge I had, but it so powerful I felt pain in my chest, it worried me and curious to know if anyone else have felt this before? thanks

  2. Anxiety. It goes way up on nofap for a lot of people. It should calm down with time.

Yeah... It happens with me too. Especially when I'm alone!

Is anxiety something physical?, cause this is the first time this has ever happened to me.

Being alone is the worst, I know how you feel.

  6. Anxiety can definitely be as much of a physical sensation as it is a mental one. I know this being someone that has struggled a lot with anxiety in my life. I wouldn't worry too much, for me being on a streak reduces anxiety, but it depends on the person. It's all part of the process.

  7. It’s your body’s “fight or flight” response. Anxiety can do all types of weird shit to you. Chest pains being one of the more common symptoms. I had nights when I first started my reboot that were downright brutal. If it will put you at ease go see your doctor...but given how young you are and the fact that this never happened until you started rebooting makes me believe it’s just anxiety.

Yup. Some triggers can do that to me too. I’d check my Fitbit for my heart rate, and do some breathing exercises to calm down.
