Ten Years of Daily PMO

I was 17 when I became addicted to masturbating with porn. Looking back on those thousands of wasted hours, I now feel nothing but shame and disgust. How many books could I have read ? What would my keyboard playing be like ? How could I have used some of that time to help others ? It's been a decade of increasing depravity (as the records of my ISP would demonstrate), social alienation, and, frankly, sheer self-induced madness.
I found this wonderful sight by accident about ten days ago. Since then, and with the priceless help of the myriad inspirational people and posts here, I have started, albeit modestly, to change my filthy ways. I haven't fapped for 4 days (that, my friends, astonishes me), and I haven't looked at porn for a week (more astonishment !). These are very early days, of course, but my honest intention is to persevere and change for the better.
