Terrible pelvic floor tightness and constipation after orgasm

G'morning fellow nofappers,

I've got the weirdest problem and I wanted to see if anyone else suffered from the same issue. We all know that fapping causes depression, lack of focus, diminished charisma.

For me though, it's way worse. After an orgasm, my pelvic floor will tighten up and not relax. Gas and stool can't come out and I spend my days in agonizing constipation, straining to go to the bathroom. Sometimes the pelvic tightness also makes it difficult to pee.

Life feels miserable. After about a month and a half of no orgasms, things got better. But then a wet dream ruined everything and took me back to my old suffering.

What the hell is going on?
