Testicle problem.

    I'm on day 32 now and for a few days I have felt my right testicle. It's not pain, but more like annoying toothache feeling. It's like pulsating all the way from testicle to stomach. Few time a day maybe 5 minutes. Is it trying to say "I'm full, empty me!"? :D The only reason I'm concerned is because I have never had a wet dream and I'm 25 so there is no way for it to naturally release itself.

    Blue balls is a slang term for the condition of temporary fluid congestion (vasocongestion) in the testicles accompanied by testicular pain, caused by prolonged and unsatisfied sexual arousal in the human male. The condition will gradually ease. Applying cold water to your genitals will probably ease it more quickly. As for release, you may still get a wet dream. But otherwise, some excess sperm and semen can be passed with urine and the rest can be simply reabsorbed into the body. You have no need to worry mate :)
