    Just want to give a little motivation to those whom are trying to quit this habit along with any other in-appropriate habit. JO lowers testosterone and it seems that cv19 takes a hold on those with low amounts of it and the results/outcome is devastating. So,let me motivate everyone by saying let's get this NoFap show on the road,beat this filthy unclean habit, and keep up our health for this battle on a deadly virus.
