Hi!
I have read that and heard that avoiding masturbation will increase your bodys testosterone. I love fitness and working out and that is why I am curious. So does anybody have a study to support or disprove the theory of increased testosterone by not masturbating?
Thank you for answering!
I'm not sure about that but it would seem to make sense - maybe somewhat psychosomatic as the stress, shame, guilt etc. of watching porn does probably affect bodily functions. I know for me I have a great deal of energy loss and overall just feel defeated and lethargic after an episode.

Basically what its saying is that you want a diet rich in micronutrients if you want to increase your T levels naturally and safe.
One of the best ways to do that is with a really good multivitamin. The multivitamin ensures that you're filling in those gaps if you're not fully getting the vitamins you need for T level increase. Also being sure to eat foods that have those vitamins in them. Here's a list that I made for myself:
Vitamin A - Milk, cheese, eggs (yolk), orange and yellow fruits and vegetables
Vitamin B - Legumes, wholegrain cereals, nuts, seeds, green leafy vegetables
Vitamin C - Citrus fruits, broccoli, strawberry, parsley, cabbage
Vitamin D - Citrus fruits, broccoli, strawberry, parsley, cabbage
Vitamin E - Olives and olive oil, avocado, wholegrain cereals
Iron - Lean meat, green leafy vegetables, legumes
Calcium - Dairy products, almonds, tahini, green leafy vegetables
Magnesium - Nuts, seeds, wholegrains, legumes, green leafy vegetables
Zinc - Lean meat, chicken, fish, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Selenium - Brazil nuts, wheatgerm, sunflower seeds, oats
