TESTOSTERONE / TRAINING

Anyone here use testosterone? I use it due to being very physical in the gym and living a physical culture. It increases sex drive quite a bit... trying to keep my mind off other women in public and women on the computer. Simply weight training increases my sex drive by at least 20% as well.... Anyone into physical training, bodybuilding, etc having the same struggles?

You don't need to "use testosterone" in order to increase your T level. You can increase your T level by eating the right foods, avoiding the wrong foods, and exercising right. Introducing testosterone into your body from ourside via shots or patches can upset your hormone balance.

My family doctor told me to stay away from testerone therapy treatment for this same reason

As said above, training increases testosterone so taking more might have side effects. If you say you have it control and your doctor says it's okay....I have nothing more to add.

Do deadlifts! Especially doing heavy deadlifts where you max out to muscle failure around 2-3 reps. That's where you just absolutely get zooted with testosterone the next day. Gotta have perfect form.

Any weight training, particularly free weights, not machines gain testostrone. But deadlifts are imo the best. Any compound workout, squats bench deadlift military press rows etc

You are right. I remember when I would do deadlifts and squats, I always felt horny as hell the next few days. Another reason why lower body workouts should not be neglected, because we have more of a tendency to do upper body workouts.
