testosterone

    Anyone know how to increase testosterone levels? Preferably naturally? I'm on day 21 now and I'm not noticing any beard growth, deeper voice yet lol.

    Why do you want to increase your testosterone levels? Do you know what the levels are?
    I suggest you get tested before you try and raise it.

    if i remember correctly i read cold showers daily help, lifting weights , healthy diet and having a girlfriend
    quick google search should bring up more
