    I'm 40 days in and still have moments of absolute crisis where I'm just barely keeping myself from PMO.

    Instead, I hit the email and check in with my APs. Temptation passes, and I can get on with my life.

    Thank you so much to those who've helped me through these times. You people are amazing.
