Steamed Ham here. I've been reading the forum for a while, all good positive stuff. I'm on day 8 already (I think), but thought joining this forum and posting a bit about what's going on would be beneficial to me and others.

Anyhoo, I'm 30, male, from the UK and deciding to finally grow up. I wouldn't say my usage was particularly hectic, but it's only once you start trying to give it up that you realise how much of a grip this stuff really has on you. It's madness!
