At the start of nofap I deleted all social media applications from my phone. This was probably the biggest reason for my success.

i did that too no social media app
my biggest binge was from youtube and shoping app's
youtube opened by browser whom i cant delete nor disable
shopping app's because i have online store that i need to recheck if someone ordered something, but in fact i just binge to it and browser other stuff

Yeah, the chaser effect is real!
YouTube is the only one I kept. I use it to find self improvement material. It is a slippery slope because one of my triggers is fitness girls. And so some of the fitness girls end up in my feed but I just have to practice and be disciplined and not look at it. At some point you just have to take control. Get rid of as many triggers as possible and then the rest is on you
