day two low energy and still depressed.... but my positive habit start to take its own shape like my digital detox is working fine, i do some home exercise, i decided to again continue my project etc, i sleep before 00:00 AM im not dare to say that this will be the momentum that i will rise again but maybe with a couple of trial and error, this new positive habit might become new essential strategy to combat PMO my mini target is 7 day now,,so 5 day to come
day three checking in gona checking in earlier today, got lot of thing's to do today including, exercise, read some book's and doing my project hope it work stay strong fellow Sparta
