Good morning check-in after a risky trigger situation with my wife. Lesson learned. Day 1 of Spartan Challenge complete.

if u said about "Mandalorian Challenge" almost all of the first member of that challenge (including me & the Thread starter) have fallen a huge streak relapse, and tbh i rarely seen him (the thread starter) on this forum nor on the challenge

i can understand that, i mean look at me ,, its barely hard for me to get a good 7 day streak,, if Sparta didnt exist then i might give up on nofap too

at behalf of the challenge starter, allow me to apologize and say sorry if u had any bad experience because of it

on the bright side, lets just focus to fight here with Sparta, Ahoo !!

 

day one

yesterday i found some studies that indicate the relation between gaming and porn. so again i decided to delete my phone games. and all i can say that right know i feel that its give a tremendous effect on me.

-today i feel my mind is calmer when at work,
-i finished all the task that i must done before 9 PM,
- i study again, and when i take the quiz i had a perfect score (gosh that's feel amazing)

to actually have this kinda of feeling at day one after relapse is amazing for me,, hope the positive action can spread a little further so it can effect my streak (at least past the first 7 day )
