Day Ten.
Literally hard to sleep if I get no exercise on day, yesterday I skipped workout to relax muscles and when was in bed felt energy pulsation that kept me woke for maybe an hour.. Today cycled around 50km done some calistenics, around 40pullups, 10pushups, 30 reps of sixpack exercises and feel pretty good, going to sleep, peace!
(Tho not including this spartan challenge to start counting from day 0 here, it's around 40-50, don't really count.. That's how it becomese a routine and you don't need to be nervous if the next day you will cum or not lel)
