Well I can't complain. I reached a big goal, then I had a low period because of stress. But now I am back to the real work. To achieve even bigger goals Thanks man, it is really appreciated. We all are going to make it. So let's make it as soon as possible
Day 6 So sorry for not checking in These past 2 days i messed up my sleep schedule and digital detox,, lead to too many wasting time on youtube and less time to do actual work (including proper sleep and daily checking)
Day 3.I had a long time sexual thoughts this morning.But I didn't fap.I want to abstain from sexual thoughts.Is there any tips for that? Please advice me.
