Day 1

Checking in.

O Sacred Heart of Jesus I place All My trust in you.

 

Sometimes feeling this way, and getting smart about it, is the key to breaking the cycle. Because your biggest enemy is your own pride.

Few quit through their own willpower or self-control. You quit with help and assistance. Lots of it. From the NoFap community, from friends and family, from web blockers, from prayer, from wherever you can get it.

I've found that almost everyone you ask for help will help you. I have even found that in online sex chat rooms other participants will often help you quit if you admit that you are only there out of addiction.

But you have to really swallow your own pride to ask for it. Most relapses begins with little lies that you tell yourself. To stop kidding yourself, you have to get to the point where you simply no longer trust yourself.

Day 6 feeling despite a few physical handicaps very well today. Sleep was perfect and I´m going to catch up with my girlfriend today.
