Sorry to hear you have relapsed. It's going to be ok, because what counts is that no matter how many times you fall, you always get back up. Make sure you don't beat yourself up over the relapse.
I say that because somewhere middle of last year I was hard on myself from my relapses because of fear, but that never helped. The best advice that I heard, which I want to pass on and which I strive to live by, is to forgive yourself, and move on.
