YOU MUST CHECK IN EVERYDAY AND YOU WILL START FROM DAY 0.
ITS HARD MODE WARRIORS, MEANING THERE WILL BE NO PORN, NO MASTURBATION, NO ORGASM.
I UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU HAVE A GF/WIFE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE SEX, BUT THAT ONLY STOPS THERE.
Other things not recommended include porn substitutes like porn fantasy, erotic stories, etc. If you're using it to get aroused then you shouldn't be using it.

Hey Kratos!
Yes I forgot the counter and can’t remember how to reset it.
After completing the 100day challenge back in 2019 I stopped counting around the 110day mark. It completely changed my mentally around PMO.
Now after a few years of no issues with PMO I have fallen into old mental patterns due to stress and anxiety from a divorce and my father getting cancer.
I’m trying to find my strength to rebuild my positive mental and physical habits.

Had a lovely, inspiring dream last night that was semi-lucid.
I was flying over a canopy of trees towards golden sunlight streaming through the clouds.
EDIT: lol, just remembered while writing this that during my flight I got distracted and started fumbling with my phone because I wanted to take a selfie of myself in mid air to prove to others that I could fly!
