    That void is a part of you. It's not gonna go away, maybe someday later you will find answers. I haven't found mine so. Let's hope for the best.
    The app gets better with daily check ins. It really helps with emotional regulations and getting to know a bit better about yourself. Just implement it in your daily life.

    Good luck to new comers. The mountain of the task may look hard but our aim is not the top of the mountain, rather the daily steps in the journey. Remember, one day at a time, focus on the moment, only think about the day you have right now. Eat Healthy, do physical activities. Improve yourself, build your skills, both personal and professional and sleep well. Build self- discipline. You got this. Don't you dare go hollow

    Day 51 of Spartan Challenge and Day 70 of my current streak. Over halfway to completing the Spartan Challenge. Really happy. I have had several things going for me, most notably lots of work related to my house that is keeping me VERY busy since early June. So no idle time to watch porn or FAP etc. My biggest problem with porn has always been too much idle time.
    Setting myself 10 day mini challenges keeps me motivated and focused. Also I have been very strict in hunting down porn bookmarks, logins and files etc.
    Going away on Monday for a week which should eat up most of the next 10 days. As we get closer to the end of August my mind is turning towards hunting down my 100 days targets.
    As I said in a previous post, porn is like gravity in that it can always pull you back and so you have to keep going, never stop. The longer you keep going the weaker porn’s grip is on you. Fight the urges around days 5-8 and try to push through to days 14, 21 and 31. Small incremental targets.

    Thanks for sharing your experience, I have to do something with my idle time too, because 99% of my relapses are on the weekends or the days that I'm off.
    Congratulations, I hope I'll see +60 days again, like you.

    Busy day. Got four 90 minute focus blocks in, and somehow still finished early 11 hours into the day.

    Delaying gratification and leaning into discomfort, are the only two things one needs to master on this journey towards de-addiction. No matter how unmotivated, lonely, or frustrated you feel, moving forward and doing something is always the answer.

    I can squeeze in a 30 minute jog before sundown.

    Keep putting in the work guys.

    The best thing about this app is that you can see detailed stats for your work sessions. Time of day, average time worked over a week, month, etc. Its really motivating to try to increase the amount of work you're putting in. What gets tracked gets improved.

    You also can't pause a work session once its started. That means no distractions, makes you feel like a piece of shit for logging work while not really working.

    The default settings are for 25-5 pomodoro but I use 90 minutes of work followed by 60 minutes of rest like Andrew Huberman suggests. It aligns a lot more with the human ultradian rhythm.

    Only been improving my average work time over the past month or so, consistency is the name of the game.
