THE 100 DAY SPARTAN CHALLENGE (OPEN)

Day 12: Easy as, just have these impingin feelings of the porn monster within me dying. Feelings of powerlessness and anger, but nothing I can't handle. Anybody else know what I'm talking about? Anyways, I WILL NEVER LOOK AT PORNOGRAPHY EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. PERIOD! This statement is so powerful for me because it proves that pornography is not a part of my life. This means that I am free from this fucking disease that has haunted me for years. I AM FREE!!!!!! Much love to you all <3

Same, when I first started I could barely go past a month, and even though I relapsed recently I don't remember when and did so without P, then moved on with my day without any regrets
Just last year my life revolved around coming home from work just to PMO and repeat, and it feels like a lifetime ago that I used to PMO almost every night, so in a way I think I've reached my goal and the rest of the journey is to keep moving on which feels fulfilling
