Day 3 today is the most devilish day to fight over with wish me luck

 

once i understood the internal triggers it is going vey easy to control my cravings. triggers are mostly our responses to the discomfort we are facing in our life. once you decide to face them and not distract yourself from them. If I face a discomfort in my life.. for example about my career or my about getting married any settling down. earlier I used to distract and go for the easier route of watching p of phone. Now I just observe and wait for the feeling to go away first and try to find the solutions of these problems. these are bigger problems so the solution is just following your habits, routine and doing what needs to be done everyday to earn more money, to find the partner. so following the routine is the best solution.
